Description

A sweet and tart drink with powerful antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, minerals, and vitamins.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 fluid ounces mineral water
  • 4 fluid ounces pure tart cherry juice, not from concentrate
  • 4 fluid ounces pure pomegranate juice, not from concentrate
  • 4 fluid ounces pure coconut water

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate all ingredients until cold.
  2. Use a clear glass measuring cup and add 4 ounces of each ingredient. Stir to mix.
  3. Pour into two cold glasses. Serve cold, but without ice.

Notes

  • Serves 2 – 8 fluid ounces each.
  • If you have access to fresh juice from tart cherries, pomegranates, and coconuts use those. If not, buy pure juice without any additives and not from concentrate.
  • Consider using Gerolsteiner mineral water and Harmless Harvest Coconut water.
