  • Yield: 1 1/2 cups 1x

Description

Keep this creamy oregano vinaigrette (and maybe one or two more dressings on rotation) in stock and drop prepared salad dressings, along with loads of sugar and additives, from your grocery list.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon oregano flakes, dried
  • 2 tablespoons cultured plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black seeds, grind using mortar and pestle
  • Pinch of black pepper from peppercorns, grind using mortar and pestle

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a quart size mason jar.
  2. Mix with an immersion blender for 3 minutes (take rests throughout so the blender doesn’t over heat).
  3. Use on salads, in grain bowls, and as a marinade for proteins or vegetables.
