Description
All-purpose season salt flavors meats, casseroles, and dips on its own or in combination with fresh chopped onion and/or garlic.

- 1/2 cup fine sea salt
- 3 tablespoons ground sweet paprika (Hungarian when possible)
- 2 tablespoons ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon nigella sativa (black seeds)
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon kelp granules
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
Instructions
- Add ½ cup fine sea salt, 3 tablespoons ground sweet paprika, and 2 tablespoons ground turmeric to a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Place 1 teaspoon nigella sativa, 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns, ½ teaspoon kelp granules, and ½ teaspoon celery seed in a spice grinder. Pulse 10-15ish times. Grind the spices until they are fine (like sand), but not powdery. Add the spices to the small mixing bowl with the salt. Mix well.
- Next, add ¼ cup parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon oregano leaves, and 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves to the spice grinder and pulse 5-7 times. Again, aim for a fine, sandy texture. Add these spices to the small mixing bowl as well.
- Stir spices with a whisk until evenly mixed. Store seasoning in an airtight container.
