Easy Rosemary Chicken Drumsticks and Thighs

Description
Ingredients
- 1 large package chicken drumsticks and thighs (approximately 4 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves, grind using mortar and pestle
- 1 tablespoon ground sweet paprika
Instructions
- Set the chicken out at room temperature for 10-20 minutes.
- Pre-heat the oven to 400°.
- Grind the rosemary leaves using a mortar and pestle.
- Spread the chicken out on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Sprinkle ½ tablespoon + ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ tablespoon rosemary, and ½ tablespoon ground sweet paprika over the chicken.
- Flip the chicken over and sprinkle the remaining spices (½ tablespoon + ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ tablespoon rosemary, and ½ tablespoon ground sweet paprika) evenly over the other side.
- Bake the drumsticks & thighs for approximately 50-55 minutes at 400° or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 185° (check multiple pieces).
Notes
If you prefer a spicy version, use hot paprika instead of some of the sweet paprika, or add a dash of cayenne pepper to each piece.
